Managing your site

Efficio does the content groundwork, while you keep control. Browse and edit your website in context, review tailored recommendations, and publish only the changes you approve.

Browse and edit in the live preview

Open the content section of your dashboard and browse the preview just as a potential customer would. Move between pages, edit text, headings, images, and lists where they appear, and see your changes in the website immediately as you work.

Preview changes are not automatically shown to visitors. Review them in context, then use the available save or publish control only when you are ready. See Publishing & domains for the difference between drafts and published content.

Update your business details

Your contact details, opening hours, locations, and selected lead-capture paths live in your business profile. Keeping these current is the single most important thing you can do. They appear across your site and shape how visitors reach you.

You can change or turn off integrated lead-capture paths without unpublishing your website, and unused included leads remain available for later. See Leads & billing for the ten included qualified leads and optional pay-per-lead continuation.

Add and organize pages

You can add pages and content (such as services, FAQs, or blog posts) for the content types you enabled during setup. Well-organized, specific pages are designed to help customers, search engines, and AI-assisted answers understand what you offer.

Use action reports

Action reports review your published website and present prioritized recommendations designed to improve traffic, leads, conversion, and search visibility. You do not request a report. When report automation has been enabled for your site, completing the final open report action starts the configured countdown immediately, and the next report is prepared after that interval. Any open report action pauses the lifecycle until it is completed.

On the Actions page, eligible team members can save, edit, or clear up to 2,000 characters of context for the next report. Saving context does not create a report. It is used once when the next report job is successfully created, so do not include confidential information or customer information. If report creation is blocked, the context stays saved for the next eligible run.

An action may include a suggested revision or a complete content draft. When a one-click draft is available, select Create draft, review the result in the content editor, and publish it only if it fits your business. Creating a draft never changes the live website by itself. When a new report is applied, its actions replace the previous report's still-open actions; completed action history remains available.

Manage who has access

You can invite team members to help manage your site and assign each person a role. See Leads & billing for how incoming leads are handled.
