Content Policy
Last updated 2026-06-16
1. Purpose
This Content Policy describes what may and may not be published on websites created with Efficio (the “Platform”). It exists to keep published sites lawful, trustworthy, and safe for visitors. It applies to all content you create, upload, or generate through the Platform.
2. You are responsible for your content
You are solely responsible for the content published on your website, including content generated on your behalf that you choose to publish. You must have the rights to all text, images, and other materials you use, and your content must be accurate and not misleading.
3. Prohibited content
You may not publish content that:
- Is unlawful, infringes others’ intellectual property, or violates privacy or publicity rights.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to mislead consumers, including fake reviews or false claims.
- Promotes hate, harassment, violence, or discrimination, or is sexually explicit involving minors.
- Facilitates illegal goods or services, malware, phishing, or other security threats.
- Is regulated in a way you are not authorized to meet (for example, certain financial, medical, or legal claims).
4. Enforcement
We may review reported content and, where it violates this policy or the law, unpublish it, suspend the affected website, or terminate the account. We aim to act proportionately, but we may act immediately where there is a risk of harm or legal exposure.
5. Reporting and takedown
If you believe content published with the Platform violates this policy or your rights, contact our support team with the website address and a description of the issue so we can investigate.
