Leads & billing
Your website stays free, and your first ten qualified leads are included with no card or expiration date. After that, choose pay-per-qualified-lead billing to keep integrated contact paths active—or leave them paused while your website stays online.
How leads are captured
When lead capture is active, a visitor who uses one of your selected forms, requests an on-site appointment, uses chat, leaves quick-contact information, or completes a confirmed tracked phone call can be recorded as a new lead in your dashboard. You can also be notified by email when new leads arrive.
Qualified leads can include form submissions, appointment requests, chat or quick-contact messages, and confirmed phone calls. Tier 1 high-intent leads are $2 each, Tier 2 initial-contact leads are $1 each, and external-booking and order clicks are free analytics only.
Call confirmation is included when Call is selected. A phone call that connects and meets the configured qualification rules can become a Tier 1 qualified lead.
Your ten included leads
Every newly onboarded site receives ten qualified leads across all selected integrated paths, with no payment method and no expiration date. Each qualified form, quick-contact message, chat, confirmed appointment request, or qualifying tracked call uses one included lead. Free external-booking and order clicks do not use the allowance.
After the tenth qualified lead, the selected integrated paths pause without creating an automatic charge. Your website, content, domain, existing leads, and free external links stay online. You can complete Checkout early without losing unused included leads, wait until the paths pause, or turn lead capture off while keeping the remaining allowance for later.
Lead tiers
Calls to action are grouped into high-intent, initial-contact, and analytics-only classifications. Every captured path is optional: owners and admins choose the forms, chat, on-site appointments, and confirmed tracked calls they want to use. See Lead tiers for the full breakdown.
Continue only if you choose
Creating an account, publishing the website, using included leads, or merely storing a payment method does not authorize a charge. Checkout displays the current offer and authorizes pay-per-qualified-lead billing. If you do not complete Checkout, the integrated paths remain paused after the included allowance is used while the website stays online.
Once you accept the offer, you pay only for new qualified leads captured after the applicable included allowance. This keeps Efficio's incentives tied to generating opportunities for your business instead of charging a fixed website retainer.
Managing billing
Publishing and keeping your website online does not require lead-capture billing. Owners and admins can select captured sources under Business details, see remaining included leads, review after-allowance rates, complete Checkout early or after exhaustion, and review billing activity from the dashboard. Completing Checkout—not merely storing a payment method—accepts the current pay-per-lead offer. Turning capture off pauses new Efficio-captured leads but does not cancel an existing subscription; use Manage billing to cancel it.
