Getting started

Start at the Create your website page. Enter your business name, the email you want to sign in with, and a password for your dashboard. Accept the displayed terms and confirm the emailed code when requested. This creates your private workspace; you can sign in and return to setup later.

In the dashboard's Business section, choose the type of business you run and describe what you do, who you help, and what makes your services useful. Write as if you were explaining the business to a customer. Save your progress before leaving; you can return to the Business, Website, and Review sections later.

If you already have a website, provide its address. You can also use a relevant business-information link or describe your business without a link. Include enough specific facts for the draft to explain your business accurately.

Efficio captures and uses content from the page or site you link to when creating your new website. Make sure that content is relevant and up to date, and that you have the necessary permissions and legal rights to use it for this purpose.

In the Website section, pick the pages and content types that fit your business. Efficio also suggests integrated lead-capture paths such as request forms, quick contact, chat, on-site appointments, and confirmed tracked calls. Each path is independently optional, but keep at least one selected during setup. Add your public phone, email, or booking details where relevant.

Your selected integrated paths share the first ten qualified leads at no charge, with no payment method and no expiration date. External booking and order links are separate free actions and do not use those included leads. You can change all of these choices later from your dashboard.

In Review, check your choices and website address, confirm your authority to use the business information, and request your draft. Your account already exists; this submission starts website preparation. Efficio prepares page copy, site structure, search metadata, and calls to action for you to review. Nothing is published automatically.

Use Refresh status while preparation is underway. Efficio also sends a draft-ready email when your draft becomes available. Once released to your dashboard, use the live preview to browse the site, edit it in context, and confirm that the facts and wording fit your business. See Managing your site for how editing works.

Nothing is public until you choose to publish it. Publishing and keeping the website online does not require a payment method, and using the ten included qualified leads does not create an automatic charge.
